East Coaching is the coaching programme based at Esher Tennis & Padel Club and Surrey Sports Park, Guildford. Esher is an inviting and family-orientated club nestled in the heart of Surrey, just a short drive off of the A3.  SSP is a £36m health and fitness facility based at the University of Surrey, offering world class sports and events facilities including 3 indoor seasonal tennis courts.

We are one of only 13 LTA recognised Enhanced Performance operators and offer coaching to some of the best junior players in the country and beyond. Our coaching team consists of 10 full time coaches ranging from Tots Specialist coaches starting juniors off the right way to Level 5 Performance coaches working across all age groups.

Over our combined coaching years, we have been fortunate to work with some brilliant players who have gone on to play county tennis through to Wimbledon. The club works closely with the LTA and receives funding supporting players development. We have produced multiple junior national champions and over 170 juniors representing the county and region. Last year we had 16 players recognised as Regional players. In the last few years, 10 Players have gone on to represent Great Britain in the junior ranks.

We are proud of our clubs, coaching and ambitions. We all love working in tennis and helping players develop an all-in attitude to Sport and Life. We are intent on creating a caring but challenging environment that drives everyone in our programme to become strong players and great people.
